Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated candidate.
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring mission-critical quality in our products.
Your tasks will include:Ensuring the availability and reliability of test lab resources.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test scenarios and cases.Promoting and implementing continuous integration practices, ensuring seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle.Preparing and presenting comprehensive test reports, highlighting test coverage, defects, and risks.Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and testability of software designs.Setup and maintenance of lab equipment, including RF sites, routers, serversLeading creation and execution of test plans and scripts for project-based, new software rollout in close collaboration with architects and developersMaintaining test automation frameworksTriaging software problems prior to production rolloutsParticipating in reviews of architectural and design requirements to ensure testability and identify potential risks or issues.Developing test plan/schedule and maintaining test matrix based on development Using tools such as Quality Center or TestRail to track the progress of test case development and executionOccasional assignments in software product development using agile methodologiesBasic RequirementsBachelors (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldExperience creating and executing test plans and developing and maintaining test infrastructureKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g.
Python, Perl, bash, etc.
)Aptitude to independently learn new technologiesStrong organizational, planning and leadership skills Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a cross-functional team environmentDesired Skills:Experience creating and executing test plansExperience building and maintaining test infrastructureKnowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and processesDefect detection, debugging and regression skillsExperience with C++, Java or other object oriented languagesKnowledge/experience in RF/Telecommunication systemsExposure to Agile/DevOps development practicesExperience with LinuxExperience with Git, Jira, ConfluenceUnderstanding of real time processing in an embedded environmentIn return for your expertise, we'll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
