Job Title: Systems Project Logistics Advisor
Reports to: ERP Logistics Project Manager
Terms: 2-year Fixed Term, Full time, Hybrid
Salary: ROI GB6 (€54,500 - €62,286)
Requirements: For the pilot and roll out phase of the project, this position will require significant travel, (>50%) to Concern programme countries to assist in the training, data migration and support to each country team as they go live.
Role Purpose: The Systems Project Logistics Advisor will form part of the technical Logistics team on the ERP project. They will assist on the logistics components of the test, implementation and adoption of the chosen ERP solution. Successful implementation of this project will require significant process and behaviour change across the organisation and will entail substantial end user training and change enablement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Participate in initial testing of module design outputs and provide results to the project team and system development partnerAssist the wider Logistics team and country programme teams in carrying out user acceptance testing (UAT) and review resultsAssist in the preparation, cleansing and migration of data from the current system to the new ERPGathering the reporting requirements for the business and ensure these are defined within the ERP systemProvide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Logistics Project Manager and wider Logistics team on the functionality of the new ERP systemAssist in the design of user manuals for training and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders on the use of the new system.Work closely with the Logistics Project Manager and system development partner on cut-over planning for the implementation phaseWork with the Logistics Project Manager and wider Logistics team in the pilot and roll out of the new system across Concern programme countries, including preparation for go live, providing training and guidance to country teams and post go live support.All staff are responsible for upholding and promoting Concern's values, including our workplace equality, diversity and inclusion, and safeguarding values.All staff are required to participate and contribute as necessary towards Concern's emergency response as and when required.Role Holder Requirements:
You will bring the following knowledge, experience, skills and qualifications to this role:
Essential:
At least 3 years' experience in an operational Logistics role in the international not-for-profit sectorExperience in ERP introduction, upgrade or migration projectsStrong organisation and coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others, comfortable in presenting to management and other stakeholdersExperience in process improvement and implementationDesirable:
