T&E Analyst

Excellent opportunity for aT&E Analyst to join our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company with a Shared Services Centre in Cherrywood Business Park. Key Responsibilities: Point of contact for outsourced T&E service team and second level escalationsFirst point of contact for troubleshooting issues in relation to T&EWork with outsourced teams to resolve issues, including control issues and ensure the processes run smoothlySupport in resolution of Idoc failures and payment errorsMonitor regular internal reports & controls to ensure compliance to all agreed KPI's & SLA'sPerform and analyze regular T&E related reconciliations and collaborate with other departments to resolve variancesWork with local markets to ensure issues are being dealt with promptly and correctlyEnsure DTPs are maintained and checked regularlyKeep management informed of any issues and escalate where requiredPreparation of the T&E Dashboards and reportsOther ad hoc duties - full spec can be delivered upon requestRequirements - 1-2 plus years of T&E, AP, or accounting experienceCredit Card Management experiencePrior recent experience working in a SSO environment preferredExperience with 3rd party outsource providers preferredStrong financial and analytical backgroundOneConcur / SAP desirableOther non-SAP Platform/ERP experience a plusProficient in ExcelExperience with Business Intelligence Reporting ToolsJob terms - Initial 12-18 month maternity contract - possibility of extension / permanency upon reviewMonday - Friday (flexible working hours)After probation, 1 day working from home availableFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Sarra Hadi at ****** or call 090-6478104.
