Therapie Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for using a wide range of creative sourcing techniques to attract, engage and build long-standing relationships with world-class talent.
Our ideal recruiter has excellent experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates who have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities Support & execute a best-in-class Talent Acquisition Strategy to include Attraction, Selection and Appointment Processes.
Create a long-term talent pool for each business area.
Create and implement seamless candidate experience processes throughout the lifecycle of talent attraction and onboarding.
Identify inefficiencies, and act as a problem solver driving positive outcomes.
Identify and implement new ways to attract talent to Therapie Clinic, as well as expand Therapie Clinic talent reach internationally.
Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring metrics for weekly & monthly reporting purposes & reporting and data analysis for the function.
Collaborate with wider People teams to assist in sharing insights and ways to develop strong employee retention and development strategies.
Participate & lead PR activities including the development of relationships and networks with professional associations, colleges and business organisations.
Manage all vendor relationships such as Job boards and agencies to ensure we are receiving the best ROI and become the employer of choice for relevant candidate pools.
Attend interviews when required and guide managers on interviewing best practices.
Act as Brand Ambassador for Therapie Clinic & continuously promote the company's reputation for 5-star service.
Qualifications and Skills Successful track record leading or mentoring a team to deliver quality output in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.
Experience in leading full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding initiatives.
A strategic thinker with a positive and can-do attitude.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a trusted advisor.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, organisation, and communication.
