This internship reports directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner and key activities will be as follows:Provide general administration and coordination support across the entire Talent Acquisition processAssist the TA Business partners in the sourcing and selection of TalentCoordinate and set up Interviews on behalf of Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and Candidates.Contract Management and conduct reference checking.Coordinate the Pre-Employment Medical Process and Interview assessment documentation.Manage the Work Visa applications and submittals process through DETE.Update the ATS, Internal Communication Channels, Career website/portals etc.Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives.Provide administration and coordination support for our Early Year Programmes such as Youth Education Programme, Transition Year Students, Work Placement Internships and Graduate Programme.Assist in the planning, organising and attending of Career FairsCoordinate the onboarding process for all new hires to ensure optimal employee experience from application to onboarding stage.Support the L&D team in the delivery and execution of L&D Programmes and also Employee Engagement Initiatives.Provide support to the Head of Talent Acquisition in relation to business projects as and when required.
