Interview Coordinator – Global Technology
Contract – 11 months Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 based on experience.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Interview Coordinator to support global recruitment efforts and ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:Interview Coordination: Manage high volumes of interview and phone screen scheduling, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.Onsite Facilitation: Greet and assist candidates during onsite interviews, managing breaks, lunches, and escorting them throughout the day.Candidate Experience: Serve as an ambassador, ensuring candidates have a positive and seamless interview process.Communication: Act as the main contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.Data Management: Maintain and update recruiting and HR data, handling confidential information with discretion.Operational Expertise: Become proficient in recruiting systems, executing transactions, and continuously improving processes. Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.1+ years in HR or administrative roles.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.Proven customer service track record.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Proficiency in Outlook and Excel; experience with recruiting systems is a plus.
