Role/Responsibilities:Partnering with the Talent team and other key stakeholders (E.g., business leaders, hiring managers) to fulfil the talent attraction strategy for each business unit.Support the recruitment team around the different divisions coordinating interviews and screenings calls.Completion of candidate's references.Ensure a positive candidate experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing timely feedback.Manage and maintain the Recruitment module within Workday (E.g., creating prospects, recruitment agencies, reports).Support the recruitment team coordinating assessments for our candidates during the recruitment process.Assist in creating and distributing weekly internal communications related to our open Spotlight Roles or Newsletters.Coordinate and participate in various projects within the Talent Acquisition Team.Administration of HR invoices through SAP working closely with the HRDs.Managing the HR inbox as a point of contact for employee, resolving queries, providing guidance and support about any issues.Assist in organizing and coordinating inductions, training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees.Communication proactively with other HR, TA partners, Hiring managers and candidates to operational efficiency an execution.Experience Required:We are looking for:A real interest in what we do, how we do it and how we can shape it in the future.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.A progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to Talent attraction and sourcingAn ability to work in an agile way.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Not afraid to forge a path.
