The team actively partner with Hiring Managers across all areas of the business to understand and fulfil their talent requirements.
They are responsible for the attraction of candidates across AIB in ROI & UK.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who is purpose-driven, passionate about the Candidate & Hiring Manager experience, and has an excellent track record leading and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies.
You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to optimise a dynamic portfolio-based model.
You will lead a team who develop creative sourcing strategies using an appropriate blend of direct sourcing, leveraging AIB's PSL network & RPO solutions where appropriate to deliver recruitment demand and future capability needs.
Key Accountabilities Include: Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in the delivery of all core Talent Acquisition activity across the organisation.Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop proactive demand plans.
Responsibility for management of main customer requirements and working with the business and HRBP's to deliver on demand planning.Develop and integrate Talent Acquisition and assessment strategies to ensure the organisation attracts, selects, and retains talent.Build & promote the AIB employer brand in the market, through online marketing campaigns, collateral, events, social media channels and job boards.Develop capability within the Talent Acquisition Delivery Team to ensure activities are delivered at the highest professional standard and fit for purpose for a modern organisation operating in a highly competitive job market.Create and execute talent acquisition solutions that support hiring managers to drive their talent strategies and to build core capabilities.Partner with the I&D team to promote and integrate I&D initiatives in the hiring practices of employees at all levels.What You Will Bring: Experienced in leading a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team optimising a direct sourcing model.Minimum 4 years Talent Acquisition experience (preferably including agency and in-house experience).Excellent knowledge of Talent Acquisition market and end-to-end talent sourcing processes at all levels, with a well-established network – both directly with candidates and recruitment agencies.Strong people leadership experience – demonstrated track record of great leadership both with teams you manage directly and cross functional working groups.Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.Why Work for AIB We are committed to offering our colleagues choice and flexibility in how we work and live and our hybrid working model enables our people to balance their time between working from home and their designated office, subject to their role, the needs of our customers and business requirements.
