A fantastic opportunity awaits for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a growing team in Dublin.

The role is based onsite, 5 days per week.
To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include: 5-8yrs Recruitment experience with 3-5yrs as a Talent Acquisition ManagerStrong strategic thinking skills to align recruitment initiatives with business goals.Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to influence stakeholders and build partnerships.A focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Adaptability, creativity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.A data-driven mindset for tracking performance and driving improvements.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-volume hiring targets.On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future business needs, managing recruitment efforts across multiple functions.Lead the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Negotiate offers and foster positive relationships between candidates and the business.Develop and manage a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for key positions.Utilize job boards, social media, and innovative recruitment tools to identify high-caliber candidates.Support and implement strategies that highlight the company as an employer of choice, ensuring alignment with company values.Collaborate with external recruitment partners, manage KPIs and SLAs, and ensure recruitment targets are met.Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to directors and stakeholders.Streamline recruitment processes and embrace new technologies to enhance efficiency.The salary on offer is €60k + 10K OTE.
