The Opportunity Our team is growing and we're looking for a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Phorest.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to deliver on our hiring goals and drive the success of our organisation.

What You'll DoPartner with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver on end-to-end recruitment for our business / Go-To-Market (GTM) and regional roles
Source, attract and engage with diverse candidates through a variety of channels, leveraging innovative and creative techniques to build talent pipelines.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring equitable hiring practices.
Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, maintaining records, and reporting metrics.
Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure hiring managers are educated on recruitment processes and best practices.
Collaborate on projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, such as streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting, or improving ATS utilisation.
Who You AreAt least 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
Even better if this experience includes recruiting across global markets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth, timely and professional recruitment process.
Data-driven, with the ability to interpret insights and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and effectively communicate these findings to stakeholders.
Proactive, with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the wider team.
Adept at sourcing candidates through various platforms and thinking creatively to attract diverse talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Teamtailor) and various recruiting tooling.
A strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with others to achieve shared goals.
A passion for and experience in Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing is a strong advantage.
