We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team to identify, source, screen and hire qualified candidates to support our Benelux market for our Global Business Organisation (GBO). In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing, working on candidate attraction strategies to reach the best multilingual talent whilst innovating with your peers and stakeholders to reduce the time it takes to fill each position and improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Own the recruiting cycle, including passive outreach, from end to end within our Benelux market for the Global Business Organisation
Partner with hiring managers to provide consultative guidance and subject-matter expertise, helping them identify and engage top talent to reflect the needs of the business
Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress
Embody best-in-class practice with all LinkedIn Talent Solutions tools, including Recruiter and Talent Insights, as well as other tools and applicant tracking systems, to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
Coach, mentor, and train team members to find the best talent for our company
Continually drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process and unlock efficiencies
Lead decision-making with a 'data-first' ethos, leveraging insights to manage relationships, influence stakeholders and keep hiring managers up-to-date
Elevate the candidate experience by championing our 'Members First' company value
Partner with stakeholders during client meetings and candidate events

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in business recruiting and or SaaS sales recruiting
Fluent in Dutch and English languages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for the Benelux market
Experience with applicant tracking systems, Smart Recruiters is a plus!
Experience in a leadership role, coaching and motivating other team members
Experience managing a high volume of roles and applications
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
Knowledge of the talent market space, both online and traditional including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
