We are looking for an energetic, sharp and motivated Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for what they do and business process acumen. You will work as part of the global TA team recruiting across the CID Business Unit within HID.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager. You will partner with multiple stakeholders across the business to recruit and facilitate their recruitment needs. You will be part of a global TA team and gain experience and knowledge of recruiting across NAM and EMEA.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll support HID's success by: Partnering with and advising Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy, and attracting top talent for open positions across EMEA & NAMLeading intake meetings - getting to know the manager, their team dynamics, and the skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into the roleUsing market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and developing a strategy to influence the candidates' decision to joinGaining insight as to where individuals with their targeted skills look for opportunities and where they spend time together socially (networking opportunity)Leading recruitment branding efforts, attracting talent to usUsing sophisticated candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks/driving referralsUnderstanding interdependencies between functions (e.g., Mobility, Compensation, Immigration, etc.) and adjusting recruiting strategy to alignLeading the qualitative screening of applicants, recommending top talent to Hiring Managers, manage the end-to-end interview processes, and creating a successful candidate experienceLeveraging our TA Coordinators for scheduling, offer letter generation and background checksTaking keen interest and ownership of your REQ data/reporting and KPI'sA high level of integrity, ability to multi-task as well as speed of execution and thoroughness/eye for detailEmbracing opportunities to participate in TA projects and wider HR team projectsAlways seeking to use a solutions mindset and work to problem solve as challenges arise that may impede collaboration, recruitment delivery or the team's successA Team Player mindset while leading and driving own responsibilities and accountabilitiesA Marketing and Sales approach to talent attraction and acquisitionWhat we will love about your background: Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.Your Experience and Education include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of overall proactive talent acquisition experience - in a fast-growth technology company – or - 3+ years of corporate experience and 2+ of agency recruiting expertiseDemonstrated experience in actively sourcing and filling mid to senior level G&A, technical/engineering roles across NAM primarily, may have some EMEA also sporadically.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage REQs across multiple time zonesExcellent Stakeholder management – responsible, reactive but also proactive, collaborative, and communicative approachWhy apply?
