Ornua is an Irish dairy co-operative that markets and sells dairy products on behalf of its Members, Ireland's dairy processors and, in turn, Irish dairy farmers. Ornua is Ireland's largest exporter of Irish dairy products and has annualised sales of €3.4 billion. Headquartered in Dublin, Ornua has a strong global team of 2,900 employees, operating from 10 business units worldwide, including 13 production facilities. Ornua's core purpose is to build profitable routes to market for Irish dairy products.
The Group is structured across two divisions: Ornua Foods and Ornua Ingredients. Ornua Foods is responsible for the marketing and sales of Ornua's consumer brands, including Ireland's most successful food export, Kerrygold, as well as Kerrygold Dubliner, Pilgrims Choice, Forto and BEO milk powders.
Ornua Ingredients is responsible for the procurement of Irish and non-Irish dairy products, for the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers across the world, and for managing volatility through de-risking and trading strategies.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manger Ireland & International, the successful candidate will manage the sourcing of external candidates, both active and passive, for all staffing needs.
The role also will offer the opportunity to work in a global team that partners closely with hiring managers in the attraction, shortlisting and interviewing of applicants for specific positions and offers a high level of visibility within the business.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Support the global talent acquisition strategy for Ornua to enhance our ability to attract and retain the right talent for our business. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and phone screening, providing support and guidance to hiring managers on the selection of candidates through to managing the offer process. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. Champion talent acquisition excellence and practices across all our business areas. Collaborate closely with Heads of HR and HR Business Partners to devise a range of solutions for Hiring Managers to enhance efficiencies in the recruitment process.
Key requirements: Currently leading end-to-end recruitment processes 'in-house' Experience of designing and conducting competency based interviews and other selection methods Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Managing stakeholders and their expectations Skilled in direct search techniques and online and social sourcing i.e. LinkedIn Expertise in ATS systems (knowledge of Success Factors is preferable) Flexibility to travel, full driving licence is required.
