Talent Acquisition Specialist (Urgent Start)We are currently recruiting for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (Urgent Start) on behalf of a Reinsurance organization, on an initial Temporary basis.
Contract Type: Temporary - 3 month TEMP contract with potential for extension or permanency.
Workplace Type: Hybrid - 3 days on site in Dublin City Centre offices.
Responsibilities: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for positions.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor practices.Use tools like LinkedIn talent insights to conduct research and educate hiring managers.Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.Requirements: 3+ years within an in-house recruitment position in Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services.Must be available to start urgently and be a quick learner.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.About the job: Specialism: Human Resources
