What Youll Do Supervise and coordinate all mechanical installation and commissioning activities Manage teams of contractors and tradespeople, ensuring work meets project requirements and quality standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain safety compliance Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including RAMS, progress reports, and quality checks Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards Participate in project planning meetings to provide technical insights and updates What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in commercial or industrial projects Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, and plumbing installations Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring project deadlines are met Proficiency with project management tools and technical software is an advantage Why This Role?
