Our client is looking for a seasoned professional for a residential construction project 15 minutes from Kilkenny.
Key Responsibilities: Site set out utilising GPS and Totalstation.
Coordinate with architects and construction team.
Maintain safety protocols and maintain quality standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Irish or English Building Regulations is essential Experience in residential builds including groundworks and services is essential Solid experience setting out utilising GPS and Totalstation Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
