Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactiveManagement Accountant to join the finance team based in North Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial analysis, managing budgeting processes, and supporting financial planning and decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Provide detailed analysis of variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Present financial performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and business insights.
Ensure departmental budgets align with business objectives and financial targets.
Assist in reviewing financial performance against budgets, identifying areas for improvement.
Track and manage operating costs to ensure financial processes are adhered to and costs are controlled.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across departments.
Collaborate with departments to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial advice.
Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to develop budgets, forecasts, and support decision-making.
Key Requirements: Finalist or Newly Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in an accounting role.
Experience in the automotive, rental, or transport industry is beneficial but not required.
Proven ability to prepare and present management accounts and financial analysis.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills, with experience in creating financial models and analysis reports.
Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations in Ireland.
