Are you our next Tax Advisory Manager?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Grade: Manager Contract type: Permanent We would like to speak to Tax professionals who have either specialist or generalist experience in Global Mobility, Employment Taxes and/or Rewards. You will have the opportunity to develop your career by getting involved in one or more of our service lines.

You will work on a variety of projects within the specialist area(s) chosen and will be part of the team responsible for the project management and delivery of services. You will provide advice on complex transactions, develop your technical knowledge and expand your external and internal tax network.
A snapshot of your peer group: Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute (or equivalent foreign institute) or Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent).Excellent tax technical skillsExcellent written and numerical abilityAt least 3 years' experience in at least one area of Global Mobility, Employment Tax or RewardsAbility and experience coordinating global or regional tax services for multinational clientsAbility and experience in project management, delegation and service deliveryAbility to work to tight deadlines with excellent time management skillsYour responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect: Coordination of cross border advice for individuals and employersAdvising on global mobility matters including policy development, SARP applications, A1 applications, residence and domicile queriesAdvising on shadow payroll, set up and registration for PAYE in IrelandAdvising on domestic and global incentive arrangementsAdvising on redundancy and workforce restructuring mattersPerforming PAYE reviews and providing advice on PAYE operational mattersProviding advice on PAYE Audits and PREM InterventionsPerforming PAYE Due Diligences as part of an M&A transactionsPresenting in-house tax training courses and assisting with client presentations as required.Your team: With over 750 tax professionals and 42 partners, KPMG in Ireland is the largest and most successful tax advisory firm.
