Are you an experienced tax professional looking for a Director role in a progressive and specialised advisory firm?
Our client has an opportunity for a Tax Director to join their leadership team as they look to expand their firm.
This is a high-end firm, working closely with a loyal client base as well as a regular pipeline of new work through their online presence.

What You Will Do: Client Advisory: Provide strategic and technical tax advice tailored to individual client needs, ensuring compliance and maximization of tax efficiencies.
Tax Compliance: Review and ensure client tax compliance needs are met on time and in full.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leading meetings to discuss their personal tax affairs and ensuring clarity in communication.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and enhancing the firm's reputation in the market.
Financial Oversight: Monitor chargeable hours, billing processes, and financial performance metrics, ensuring adherence to departmental KPIs.
Who You Are: Qualifications: Degree educated with professional CTA qualifications.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years experience within a professional services firm, demonstrating expertise in complex client scenarios.
Background: Our client is interested in Big 4, mid-sized firm and boutique backgrounds.
