Tax Manager - Rapidly Growing Co

Our client, Engineering Solutions across Europe, is seeking a talented Tax Manager to oversee our growing tax function in Ireland and Europe.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with tax legislation across all our operations.
You'll be responsible for managing tax filings, supporting global mobility, and handling tax inquiries, all while keeping up with the latest tax laws.
You will: Oversee and manage corporate income tax return compliance for Ireland and Europe.
Ensure timely completion and filing of all tax returns.
Advise senior management on global mobility-related tax issues.
Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and internal/external investigations.
Prepare local and master transfer pricing documentation.
Stay informed of local tax legislation updates and apply changes as necessary.
Conduct ad-hoc research on emerging tax issues.
Experience: A professional tax qualification (AITI/CTA or equivalent) is required; additional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are a bonus.
Strong tax experience with a Big 4 or top-tier accounting firm or multinational corporation.
Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, auditing processes, and tax law.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
A motivated self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
