What you need to know Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a TaxOperations Administrator for our client, a global financial services company, based in Limerick. This position will sit within the tax operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for processing tasks related to the department as well as responding to client inquiries in a professional manner. This position is office-based and there is flexibility to work either 8am - 4.15 or else 9am 5.15pm. The role is a contract position up until the 31st of December. There may be opportunities for extension or other opportunities towards the end of the contract. Your new job Key duties and responsibilities: Prepare and organize forms to create packs for processing. Assist in the preparation of tax breakdowns and reclaims. Reconcile numbers with files and update the system status. Scan, record, and file large volumes of documentation daily. Assist in the preparation of tax breakdowns and reclaims. Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support team members to meet and exceed client expectations. Identify areas for process improvement and automation. Prepare and file various documentation related to tax operations. What are we looking for? A third level qualification relating to Business, Tax, Law, or similar is desired. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in IT tools such as Adobe, Excel, and other MS Office applications.
