Amicus have been engaged by a well established, ambitious and growing Practice to bring to market a Tax Partner role.
The successful candidate will be charged with leading and growing the tax department with the support of the other departments within the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tax Director in a firm where path to partnership is limited or a Tax Partner ready to take the lead role in a firm.
The Role: Managing, building and leading a growing tax department.
Building, developing and managing client relationships with existing, new and prospective connections.
Assisting with consultancy and M&A assignments to include corporate restructurings.
Tax research with regard to consultancy assignments.
Tax planning / strategic tax advice.
Advising clients on corporate and personal tax matters.
The Person: You will have a keen interest in contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the firm.
You will be passionate about leading, inspiring and developing your team.
You will have strong project management skills in leading large-scale tax projects, including coordinating with other advisors, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
You will have the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
You will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and will interact at senior level with corporate clients and our senior leadership team.
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders.
