Company Bureau Formations Job Description Job Title: Team Administrator Reports to: Corporate Services Manager Company Bureau Formations is currently seeking to recruit a Team Administrator to join our fantastic team, in response to continued growth in our business.

Summary of the position: The Team Administrator will join our well established, high-performing team and will be responsible for assisting the Company Secretarial & Formations teams with general administrative duties and helping to deliver an excellent service and experience to our valued clients.
Due to nature of the role, this position will be fully office based.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assisting with Registration of companies Managing client post and mail forwarding Dealing with inbound client enquiries Involvement in customer service processes and systems Data capture and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administration Carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks Assisting with compliance and company secretarial administration Company Secretarial and Formations support services Assisting with projects where required Providing front-of-house reception cover where required Other administrative duties where required Skills and Experience Required: Experience in the areas listed above is not required, training will be provided.
What is important is a positive can-do approach and an eagerness to learn Third level qualification in a relevant area and/or professional experience in an administration role is a distinct advantage Strong organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills a pleasant phone manner and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work well both as part of a team and on own initiative Fluent written & oral English essential Excellent communication skills - ability to develop & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Good IT and computer skills proficient in MS Office Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines Due to the nature of the position, this role will be office based on a full-time basis This position offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to commence and develop a career with a leading company in Corporate Services, in a friendly, positive, and collaborative working environment where Team Members are valued and enjoy their work.
