Position: Team Lead, Transition Management Reports to: Senior Manager, Continuity Planning J&J operating company: DePuy Synthes We are recruiting a Team Lead, Transition Management.
This individual will be a key resource on the team developing and executing cut-over plans central to delivering Plan Network strategies for our supply chain.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities * Development and execution of cut-over plans and checklists to ensure smooth transitions of all product transfers without impacting our patients or customers.
* Lead and collaborate proactively with Manufacturing, Engineering and Planning partners to anticipate and manage potential risks and issues during transitions.
* Develop and manage execution KPIs.
* Set-up and manage cross-functional teams in the implementation of cut-over plans and strategies.
* Keep manager and key project partners updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks, and overall status of Plan projects.
* Identify and manage key project stakeholders.
Create and deliver summaries to Senior Management on project plans, issues, risks, including progress reports, mitigation, and contingency plans.
* Capture and incorporate project learnings into project processes and procedures.
#INDJP #LI-CM4 Qualifications * A minimum of third level Degree qualification or equivalent required; advanced degree such as an M.S.
or MBA a plus.
* Prior experience leading complex change projects * Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and resolving appropriate risks required.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in Manufacturing, Quality or Supply Chain functions.
* Data focused, problem solving and organizational abilities essential.
* Proven track record to collaborate to get the desired results.
* Influencing skills and ability to communicate to Senior Business Leadership.
* FPX methodology experience preferred.
* Up to 10% of travel may be required.
