Position: Team Leader
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs that align with client expectations Maintain an active role in day-to-day operations, adapting quickly to client needs and evolving strategies Develop a deep understanding of client products and services, enabling your team to identify prospects and qualify opportunities effectively Enhance team performance by identifying and implementing new systems, structures, and processes to boost efficiency Foster a work environment centered on focus, teamwork, and exceptional performance Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are met, taking responsibility for performance management, discipline, attendance, and evaluations. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in German with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching teams, particularly within the tech sector Personal experience in developing qualified opportunities through self-generated pipelines
Demonstrated success in a high-energy environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving Clear and thoughtful communicator with outstanding presentation, listening, and critical thinking skills Ability to contribute to the creation of new processes and systems, with a proven ability to streamline workflows for increased team efficiency Strong customer orientation with the ability to inspire and drive excellence within your team Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive, with the ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software/hardware Familiarity with Salesforce and a comfort level in making data-driven decisions.
