Team Leader

The Team Leader will support service users to become as independent as possible in daily life-skills, working on individual programmes for each service user with a multi-disciplinary approach.    The person appointed to the post should be flexible in their approach to service provision & should have the ability to work as a member of a team.  They will be required to take an active part in ensuring that the day to day running of the person's Day Service reflects the Vision and Mission Statement of the Delta Centre and that the needs of the service users are being met. The person appointed will be working with support provided by the Senior Supervisor.
