DescriptionThis is a part time, on site role in Brown Thomas, Dundrum. The Team Leader will be at the forefront of bringing the REFY brand to life. You will be responsible for giving excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards across every touch point of the customer journey. This position requires flexibility and a keen interest in luxury beauty retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccountable for achieving sales targets of counterRecord accurate sales information on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisResponsible for monitoring and achieving counter and team KPIsBuild strong brand and retailer partnershipsExecute brand strategic initiatives successfullyPlan and execute impactful store events that meet brand standardsEnsure counter is merchandised to Refy guidelines at all times.Responsible for maintaining an accurate stock file and inventory levels.
