  Dara is a rights-based community residential service, working in partnership with adults with disabilities. Our work is driven by the fundamental belief of equal citizenship and our core values of partnership, rights, inclusion and promoting access to the good things of life.
The purpose of the post is to lead a residential team to support two gentlemen with autism to live an ordinary life in their shared home in Swords Co Dublin.

The successful candidate for this position will act as a strong role model, demonstrate a commitment to developing a person-centred culture and a drive for high standards in a residential setting.
  Requirements:        Relevant third level qualification at degree level i.e., nursing, social care, social work, psychology, and/or allied health.
       A minimum of 1 year's work experience in role supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and experience working with people with Autism.
       Good communication skills        Strong IT and Administration skills        Full Irish Driving License        Knowledge of HIQA        Highly motivated and organised   Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary, training and developmental opportunities provided.
