Your key responsibilities as part of the team: Own and manage your deliverables/workstream and/or project.Always ensure high quality work outputs.Work closely with the team and client to ensure client expectations are met, and there is alignment and integration across the team.Develop and mentor junior colleagues.Help identify opportunities on existing clients, and support market engagement activities, e.g.
bid response.Embrace new challenges.Your experience, skills, and capabilities: Full SDLC knowledge, with experience working across all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders (internal and external), workshop planning and execution, requirement gathering, categorisation and prioritisation.Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders and ensure clarity of understanding within and across different groups.Previous experience conducting analysis on IT architecture environments, web services, software programs and applications, with ability to translate discovered information into clear, well-articulated outputs.Be comfortable with working in projects and environments where you need to learn new technologies and/or in areas outside your area of specialism.Project management experience, in both agile and waterfall environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of project tools including not limited to MS plan, Asana, Jira, DevOps.Technical product knowledge, including product knowledge such as SAP, CRM.Proactive, engaged and driven mindset.Background in QA and/or understanding of QA strategies, planning, execution.Background in Consulting, or working with different customers/clients etc preferable.3-5 years minimum experience.Your team: You will be joining a team of over 150 dedicated technology professionals that has a market reputation for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
