  As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service by supporting Kilsaran customers and sales/internal teams with product information, application guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
You will act as a bridge between technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:        Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
       Member of team responsible for Irish and UK product techncial support.
       Provide technical applications support.
       Contribute to the design and creation of technical literature.
       Support the marketing function where required.
       Interact with clients/customers.
       Assist with administration associated with role.
       Record and maintain customer and project data on company CRM system.         Undertake any training that maybe required to complete your role.
       Be flexible in work practices, be creative and innovative in responding to changes in requirements of work.
       Assist other departments as requested to ensure company objectives are obtained.
       Train on any company software that may be required to assist you in your role.
       Prepared to travel where necessary.
       Attend in a support role any Kilsaran trade exhibitions, training days or sales support days.
       Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management.
Skills Required:        Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills        Good IT skills with experience knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
       Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
       Team player capable of working with other to achieve company goals        Excellent administration, communication, and organization skills        Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills        Ability to work proactively on own initiative Hiring Process Upon Application:        Telephone Screening        1 round interview process        Offer Letter to Successful candidate
