Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Lead Software Development: Oversee the design, coding, and delivery of software projects.Manage the Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate.Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage software projects, making sure they stay on track and meet deadlines.Troubleshoot & find solutions to challenging technical issues in software and engineering.Test and Improve Software: Ensure the software is thoroughly tested at different levels (unit, integration, system, and performance) to maintain quality.Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with modern development technologies and tools to ensure the team uses the best methods.What are we looking for? Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.Proven ability to design, write, and deliver high-quality software.At least 2 years of experience in managing and mentoring a team.Able to motivate and inspire team members to perform their best.Hands-on project management skills.Able to handle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.Candidates who thrive on solving complex software and engineering problems.Can troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.Experience with Beckhoff PLC programming.If you are interested in this role, please send your CV in Word format to Patricia.
