Technical Manager - Facilities Management - Kinsale, Cork - 72,000 Euro's Plus excellent benefits.
This company, a global player in the FM world, require a Technical Manager to be based at their world class client's site in Kinsale, Cork.
The Technical Manager will be an astute, analytical minded individual tasked with proactively ensuring, in a front-line, hands-on fashion, the deliverance of technical services and maintaining excellence in Facilities Management.
An outstanding opportunity to become part of truly first-rate facilities and play an integral role in substantiating its operational excellence.
Salary: 72,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits.
Benefits to include Health insurance, pension, subsidised canteen, on site gym, free parking, life Assurance, bonus.
Location: Kinsale, Cork Hours of work: 39 hour working week, Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities: Manage operational and commercial aspects of Hard FM services on site.
Oversee engineering maintenance, including contract work and compliance with standards.
Develop, implement, and manage energy policies and the Permit to Work system.
Ensure legislative and safety compliance, including staff training and contractor management.
Handle reactive maintenance both during and outside normal operating hours.
Provide expert advice and manage the performance monitoring systems.
The Ideal Candidate: Experience in critical environments, preferably Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Building services and plant engineering expertise is essential.
BIFM Level 5 or Engineering Degree.
Proven ability to manage a maintenance team and achieve SLA targets.
