About Our Client: Our client, a leading company in the food production sector based in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee and manage technical and quality functions.
This role involves ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical and quality teams, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and company standards.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP and BRC.
Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address technical issues and ensure product quality.
Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and technical performance.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Manager in the food industry, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and BRC.
Experience managing internal and external audits.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
