We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating business challenges into innovative technical solutions, working collaboratively with our sales and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
Key Role Responsibilities Technical ExpertisePossess in-depth knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform.Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends.Collaborate with the sales team and client to understand client requirements and objectives.Translate business challenges into comprehensive technical solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Applications.Develop and present customized product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.Solution Design and Proposal DevelopmentWork closely with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address client needs and align with our capabilities.Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype solutions to showcase functionality and feasibility.Assist in the preparation of high-quality proposals, technical documentation, and responses to tender documents.Ensure that proposals are technically sound, aligned with client requirements, and compliant with industry standards.Client EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and needs assessment.Conduct client workshops and consultations to gather requirements and provide technical insights.Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics related to Microsoft Business Applications.Assist in pricing strategies and cost estimations for proposed solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure a unified approach to client solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members when necessary.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in the pre-sales process.Share feedback and insights with product development teams to contribute to product improvement.Education, Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role within the Microsoft ecosystem.Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-focused language.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Commercially aware with the ability to contribute to pricing and proposal strategies.Proficiency in responding to tender documents and RFPs.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business requirements.Team player with a collaborative mindset.
