Job Description Technical Project Manager Primary Skill : Stakeholder Management, O/S, Infrastructure, Middleware Secondary Skill: UNIX, Windows and back-end systems like mainframe/AS400 JD Key Accountabilities Manage Stakeholders use of shared resources using plans, schedules etc.
Maintain working environments, initiate troubleshooting with key stakeholders as required Monitor environment for any unusual activity and initiate investigation off the back of that Maintain fidelity across the environments, performing periodic checks to identify anything that is out of sync and initiate resolution where required Review User Access for the environments, ensuring least privilege is being followed Coordinate activities between projects and functions to ensure the environments are used as efficiently as possible Coordinate deployments to ensure all teams are aware of ongoing activity and there are no unexpected outcomes Drive process to decommission servers where identified as not required Allocate costs to projects based on usage Monitor tooling to ensure that it is functioning properly Review and approve change requests Raise and assign service requests where necessary Weekly and monthly reporting to senior management Essential Skills & Experience 4- 5 years of Technical Project Management experience Familiarity with Enterprise solutions spanning on-premises and Cloud using UNIX, Windows and back-end systems like mainframe/AS400 Experience with O/S, Infrastructure, Middleware Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi task Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups.
