What you'll doTo further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative Technical Recruiter to join us in our Dublin HQ and work with Stripe to grow and scale our teams.

Responsibilities:Partner with senior leaders across the organisation to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles.Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.Minimum requirements:4-7 years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience.A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines.An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.A growth mindset and truly flexible.

Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €82,400 - €123,600.
This range may change if you are hired in another location.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location.
