The role of the Technical Sales will be to support the team who manage a portfolio of clients.
• The focus will be on driving implementation excellence.
• Establishing new customer needs and identifying opportunities.
• Connecting with new and existing business customers by phone, e-mail and onsite visits.
Main Responsibilities• Writing detailed briefs which communicate the client objectives.
• Generating daily and weekly client reports.
• Highlighting quality issues to our Operations team.
• Daily quality checking of implementation.
• Administration of our online reporting system.
• Liaising with third party providers such as warehousing and logistics to ensure our teams have all the POS and support material required.
• Attending client meetings.
• Connecting with new and existing business customers by phone, e-mail, onsite visits.

Minimum Qualifications• Ideally have a business or marketing qualification.
• 3+ Years previous experience in customer facing or admin role, ideally in field marketing or retail.
• Strong organizational and admin skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A full, clean driver's license.
