Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within industries that rely on advanced temperature control systems.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and associated aftermarket services.Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.Process Compliance: Follow Aggreko's sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.You'll have the following skills and experience: Strong experience in a technical selling environmentExperience working with Temperature Control or Power equipmentPositive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environmentProven time management, planning, and organisational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teamsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trustBring your energy.
