Technical Services Coordination Specialist Our client, a long established & highly regarded provider of technical equipment & engineering services to the multinational sector, have now engaged with us in CPL to help them recruit an experienced Technical Services Coordination Specialist to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

The Job:
As a key part of the Technical Services team, the successful candidate will support their corporate & industrial clients across Ireland with their needs & coordinate workflows for service engineers & technical staff.
More specifically this will include duties such as scheduling maintenance & installation visits to client sites, responding to urgent client queries, assisting field-based colleagues with their needs & info requests, maintaining accurate stock/inventory databases, reviewing service reports, collating client feedback & performing quality control reviews on documents.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
3rd level degree qualified ideally.2-3+ years' relevant experience in a corporate or commercial client focused role.Experience in a technical/engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels.Strong IT & reporting skills including T&A systems & MS Office.The Offer:

This role will be 5 days office based in Limerick city.
Candidates without the relevant work permit/visa to live & work in Ireland on a permanent basis will not be considered.
