Job Title: Technical Support Advisor (Level 1 & 2) Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to businesses across Ireland, helping them resolve their technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to networks, systems, and applications.Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in a ticketing system.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.Requirements: Proven experience in a technical support role, with Level 1 and 2 support expertise.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Relevant technical certifications.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work with a diverse range of clients across Ireland.If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
