As a Technical Support Helpdesk Engineer, you will need to have at least 2 - 3+ years current experience in 2nd level technical support, helpdesk, and remote support work within a Microsoft environment using Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory with an interest in networking.
RequirementsCurrent IT Engineer or 2nd Level technical support experience.
Strong & Proven Technical Support, about 3+ years experience.
IT skills Microsoft related e.g. 365, Windows etc.

Active Directory
Azure knowledge is a bonus.
Based in Ireland right now, and legal to work here.
Perfect clear English with excellent communication skills.
If you have experience or knowledge of the following technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Suite, 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS - Domain Management, Firewalls, Sonic Wall, Networking, you will receive training with these technologies and more.
This is an excellent opportunity as you will get more exposure to field engineer work and larger networks through installations that you will work on. It is a bonus if you have a full Irish driving license.
You must be legal to work in Ireland & based near North Dublin.
