You will be joining a team that provides world-class technical customer support to a variety of enterprise customers while working across business units to ensure that customer satisfaction is met in every form. Your focus will be supporting the suite of products within complex customer environments while suggesting techniques and tools for application development. Strengthen our Technical support team at our location in Reading, UK with your commitment as a Technical Support Specialist in SAP/Vendor Invoice Management.
What the role offers: Identifying and resolving customers' issues in a timely manner (by published response times) via telephone support and written correspondence.Managing customer relationships and clearly documenting all interactions within the company database.Providing suggestions for alternate support options for customer issues that are not related to OpenText's products.Testing of OpenText product issues within various environments for validation and solution purposes.Creating technical documentation for the OpenText Knowledge Base and publishing SAP Notes.Collaborating with other departments and teams to troubleshoot issues.Reporting software bugs and customer suggestions.What you need to succeed: A successfully completed University/College degree within a related discipline or equivalent work experience.Previous relevant customer support experience working within a technical support environment.Experience with SAP R/3 and S4/HANA, experience in SAP workflow and ABAP Programming, and ALV Report Development.Some working Knowledge in SAP FI/MM modules (Technical) and business processes.Previous experience with SAP Fiori and Web services.Good skills in dialog programming, and building custom screens and transactions.Proficient in phone and written communication skills, and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
