Equally important, you will provide coaching and mentorship to learners, contributing to content development that elevates our expertise.
Key job responsibilitiesContribute to the program strategy, communicating results and influencing senior leadershipDrive relationship between engagement resources and customersManage the end-to-end delivery of engagementsDrive quality assurance and lead process improvement for the programContent delivery and support, creating an inclusive learning environment per program requirements (Professional skills/business acumen)Manage program communications (from delivery to Tech U and its customers)Identify/nurture new business opportunities and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders to understand customer needs/challenges and align Tech U engagementsIdentify and test new ideas on how to further improve our effectivenessUse data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsProvide coaching and mentorship to program participants and alumniTravel 10-20% of the timeWork closer to partners, customers and engagements (On-site) BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in program or project managementExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsBachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience leading process improvementsExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAWS certification3+ years of technical adult learning and education program experienceRecent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company Posted: October 9, 2024 (Updated 3 days ago)
