The Team and the opportunity We are recruiting for a number of large global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant at Senior Manager or Director level to join our Dublin SAP team.
As a Senior Manager in EY, you will become a key member of our SAP team, focused on delivering SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA, supporting broader practice development, and helping to develop high-performing individuals and teams.
Your Key Responsibilities Advising clients on current and future SAP needs, including S/4HANA business case, business transformation, roadmap, and implementationLeading design workshops to understand our client's industry and business requirements, designing and implementing appropriate best practice solutionsSupporting business process re-engineering, particularly in the S/4HANA Finance spaceSharing knowledge of best practice within the group and across other disciplines in the firmPlanning and managing client projects throughout all phasesMaintaining current relationships with clients and building new ones by identifying new opportunitiesSupporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating external client eventsSkills and attributes for success A minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP Finance implementations in a Consulting or similar external client-facing environmentProven experience in implementing SAP finance processes such as new general ledger, finance general ledger processing, and budgeting/planningA solid understanding of core financial processes and implementation of best practice solutions in the SAP Finance space.Experience of working in a Managed Service environmentExperience with/or demonstrable understanding of S/4HANA FinanceIdeally, you will also have: A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related disciplineSAP FICO certification, Project Management certification is desirableImplementation experience of SAP Central Finance would be beneficialWhat working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive Total Rewards package including flexible working and career development.
