Technology lawyers - if you are interested to pivot your career to an in-house role, our client is looking for their next hire, someone who will come in and work closely with the Lead Counsel in Ireland, and also interact with colleagues in the States.
Key relationships will include the Lead Counsel in Ireland and the legal team in the U.S.
This is a very flexible role; you can work office-based or from home.
It is permanent and will appeal to those who have an interest in A.I., data analytics, and technology in general.
You will also interact with teams across sales, operations, and product.
Responsibilities:You are commercially minded with contracts experience - in particular tech agreements such as software licensing, SAAS, etc.Au fait with data privacy/protection and security measures/requirements.Advisory - be a point of contact/a 'go to' for queries around contracts.Strategy - work on policies, regulations, and implementation of these.Support the lead counsel in Ireland/Assistant General Counsel.Risk management / Litigation management.You have a solid tech law background/experience/knowledge.3 - 5 years PQE.The above is a broad overview, but I welcome exploratory conversations and can share more on the company, what the role entails, and what is on offer for the right candidate.
