Job Description In the role of Intershop Lead Developer Technology Lead, you will be part of the technical team for the program. You will be pivotal in leading the technical team, problem definition, facilitating discovery of the solution, and guiding offshore teams.
Responsibilities: Design and develop code components independently as per client requirements.Contribute to the design and development of high-quality customizations for B2B e-commerce applications using Intershop.Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents in accordance with the company's architecture standards.Support the execution of this program ensuring quality delivery of digital artifacts in alignment with the client's e-commerce roadmap.Interact with tech architecture to understand technology direction/changes, standards, and best practices.Coordinate with multiple teams.Participate in discussions with customers as needed and articulate the value delivered by proposed technical solutions. Technical Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience with various Intershop modules including ICM and IOM.Knowledge and experience in REST APIs and customization of Intershop exposed APIs.Experience in design, development, deployment, and release processes for Intershop.Strong understanding of e-commerce solution architecture and knowledge of different systems involved in a typical e-commerce solution.Experience in leading and guiding a technical team of junior developers.Experience in end-to-end project implementation of functional projects in Intershop commerce.Experience in working in an onshore/offshore model.Experience in different business models of commerce (B2B, B2C).Experience in the software development life cycle and familiarity with agile methodologies. Required: Deep understanding of digital service and customer experience.Active participation in communication with business stakeholders and all SDLC lifecycles.Capability of reviewing the work done by other team members and guiding them in complex issues.Good knowledge related to Agile methodology.Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in Intershop version 4.x onwards. Preferred: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular JS and PWA.Knowledge in implementation of microservices and cloud-based architecture such as Azure Cloud.Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
