Telesales and Administration Executive in Blanchardstown Permanent (Office based) Hybrid after probation is passed Must have a full license and the use of a car. ResponsibilitiesService and acquire new shops and food outlet sales, welcoming them into our business of Culinary and Taste while working with our field-based Business Development Managers.Make outbound calls to shops across the Island of Ireland.Build relationships with new and existing partners.Generate leads and book appointments for our business development managers.Work towards targets and KPIs to achieve success.Upsell ingredient packages to increase revenue.Collaborate with our Business Development Managers to grow and manage existing accounts.Bring high energy to the team and maintain friendly competitiveness.The PersonMain Requirements: Previous telesales experience is required for this role, with a minimum of one year experience.Driven self-starter; highly motivated individual.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to get the job done.Qualifications & ExperienceLeaving Certificate is required; excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; attention to detail is key.Previous knowledge of a sales database or CRM is desirable.The PackageBenefits: Pension, Bike to Work scheme, Healthcare contribution, Career progression, and Training.
