Join us as Telesales Executive - Business Affinity (12 month contract) As part of the wider SME Sales & Retention organization, you will be responsible for contacting & connecting with customers, industry affiliations, and other partners identifying their needs and selling products to meet those needs.
What else it involves: Participate in outbound calling campaigns to grow Three's customer base, with campaign support provided.Move prospects through the sales cycle from lead to close, accepting that many opportunities will close in a single call and others will require multiple follow-ups.Build excellent relationships with influencers and decision-makers in target organisations.Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities.Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call centre and management team and process sales transactions using internal provisioning systems.Ensure prospect and customer data is maintained in company systems (CRM & Salesforce.com).Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.Manage other customer contacts where required (inbound, email, chat, etc.
).The skills we're looking for: Experience in working in a high-volume contact centre.Past experience in a sales role preferred.Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.Passionate about delivering customer experience above and beyond customer expectations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Excellent influencing & interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure.Highly adaptable individual that reacts positively to change in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work within a team on own initiative.Excellent PC skills.Benefits of Working at Three: Competitive salary, generous sales commission & equal employer pension contribution.25 days holidays plus 2.5 company days.Annual Leave buy or sell (buy or sell up to 5 days AL each year).Healthcare Insurance through our flexible benefits programme.Life assurance, phone & laptop, subsidized canteen.Access to learning & development tools.Free Parking.There's a lot more to us than meets the eye.
