About the Role: Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week, On-Site Position: Must be on location in Donegal Town.
Flexible Availability: Our call centre operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.
Sales Focused: Handle both inbound and outbound calls, aiming to exceed sales quotas and generate promising leads.
Customer Relations: Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering solid relationships to encourage repeat business.
