Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent HR and recruitment skills?
Our client is currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administrator to join their team.
Part-Time Temporary role.
Location: Little Island.
Pay rate: €13-€14 per hour Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support assisting within the HR department.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and databases.
* Monitor and update the organisation's intranet system and other platforms as needed.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support as required.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
* Keep up-to-date with HR policies and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
* Assisting with payroll when required.
Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or recruitment.
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in using MS Office Suite and HR software platforms.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: * This is a part-time temporary position * The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the team.
